Yoga provides great benefits to children as well and our children's programs are conducted with that in mind.

Kids Yoga at Studio Vitality on Wednesdays in August w/Angela 

(8/1, 8/8, 8/15, 8/22, 8/29)

MINI YOGIS (Ages 4-7)   

10:45 -11:30 am

This playful class will help children ages 4-7 to strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus on breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids will be immersed in stories, draw and play yoga games in this amazing introduction to yoga class.  

Class is 45 minutes.

YOUNG WARRIORS (Ages 8-12)

 11:30 -12:25 pm

This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Older children, ages 8-12, will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy.

Class is 55 minutes.

We hold Kids Yoga Birthday Parties!

Want to share the benefits of yoga with your children and their friends? Why not do so with a yoga birthday party? Our parties are 2 hours of yoga fun! The first 45 minutes to an hour is the actual yoga class. The 2nd hour includes healthy treats, water, yoga based games and fun music for the kids to have fun to. Each party guest will leave with their own yoga mat to take home.

Private Instruction


For students who are looking to improve their strength, flexibility, confidence or overall practice, private instruction may be the answer. Available for yoga or Pilates, private instruction allows you the flexibility to plan a program that is focused on your individual needs as a student.

Private instruction offers:

  • A great way for beginner students to develop a better knowledge of basic poses and class structure
  • Experience a deeper dive into your individual practice
  • An understanding of alignment and postures

Privates may be done alone, with another individual, or in a small group of 3 depending on your needs and budget.  Sessions can be purchase individually, or in a package for a discounted rate.
