Vitality Vinyasa Flow

Class Type: Vinyasa Flow OPEN LEVEL

This is a traditional vinyasa flow class conducted in the heat. Expect to move with your breath and focus your attention in a well balanced flow. Encouraging you to get out of your head and into your body and your breath. Have fun with transitions, inversions and arm balances and end with a cool down Savasana There will be modifications and variations offered for all poses so that the intensity and challenge is up to the individual. Our classes encourage a mindful practice that develops both body and mental discipline. Each student can meet the instructor where they feel comfortable, allowing you to incorporate traditional philosohy, class themes, or more challenging poses as you see fit.

Mellow Flow

Class Type: Vinyasa Flow OPEN LEVEL

Mellow Flow is an open level Vinyasa yoga class with a mellow vibe, combining a blend of the basics and intermediate asana while journeying into deeper expressions of intermediate poses. Emphasis will be placed on breath control and flowing mindful movement, inviting students of all levels into a easy-going environment which serves to revitalize, condition and tone the body while soothing the mind and nourishing the spirit. This vinyasa flow class is conducted in the heat.

Vitality Fit Flow

Class Type: Vinyasa Flow Level 2+

Vitality's Fit Flow - is a muscle toning inspired vinyasa flow that ignites stamina and vitality! Fit Flow is an attainable way to increase flexibility while also getting a work-out! Yogis coming to this class can expect a quicker pace with more advanced postures offered throughout. Don’t let “advanced” intimidate you, if you are looking to explore and expand beyond the foundations of your practice, then give this class a try! This vinyasa flow class is conducted in the heat.

ReLaxed Flow

Class Type: Gentle Vinyasa Flow OPEN LEVEL

This class is a vinyasa style class done at a relaxed pace in a warm Candlelit environment meant to move your body and calm your mind and restore your soul. Suitable for all levels. This vinyasa flow class is WARM

Restorative Yoga

**Held twice a month on  Saturdays** 

Class Type: REST. RESTORE.RENEW

Restorative yoga class provides a peaceful atmosphere to allow the body, mind, and spirit to go into deeper states of relaxation through a blissful combination of gentle stretching flows and supported restorative yoga poses. Feel your muscle tension and stress melt away. Experience a transformative effect on body and mind and leave feeling lighter, centered and renewed.

Benefits of a Restorative Yoga Class are:
-overall stress reduction
-promotes down-regulation of the nervous system
-encourages mindfulness
-deepends self awareness
-nourishes and rejuvenates the body/mind/spirit

Please sign up in advance  No prior yoga experience is necessary and suitable for all. This class is warm. **Limited to 10 people**

ViN-YiN

Class Type: Vinyasa Flow and Yin OPEN LEVEL

Vinyasa Flow and Yin= A Vin-Yin class begins with Vinyasa Flow moving to the breath, warming the body in preparation for an emphasis on Yin Yoga grounding, deep stretch, held postures and relaxation. There will be modifications and variations offered for all poses so that the intensity and challenge is up to the individual. 

A NOTE ABOUT YIN YOGA: Yin is a slow and deep practice to stretch the connective tissues and joints of the hips, thighs and lower spinal area. Unlike the muscles, which are more yang parts of our bodies, the connective tissues need to be addressed with a quiet attitude of acceptance. Postures are mostly practiced on the floor and can be held. Yin Yoga balances the yin and yang aspect of ourselves, encourages the flow of prana (energy), helps maintain the health of the connective tissues, and helps us develop a mindful practice. 

Prenatal Class

This class is uniquely designed for pregnancy to support the journey of moms-to-be. Nurture your mind and body while connecting with your baby through movement and breath in a warm and peaceful environment. Moms-to-be will be guided through breathing techniques and healthy, safe ways of stretching their muscles and strengthening their bodies to ease the process of supporting a growing belly, as well as  preparation for the birthing process.

We will also build relationships and connections with other expecting mothers in this supportive, open community that allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and common concerns that moms-to-be and baby are experiencing.

**CLASS MEETS EVERY SATURDAY AT 10:30AM**

 

Suspended Core-Barre*

Class Type: Barre, Yoga and Pilates Inspired Movement

Take your barre to new heights! Suspended Core-Barre = an inspiring combo of Pilates and Barre fitness,  with the use of individual suspended Pilates resistance bars to take you through a full-body experience (strength, cardio and stretch). By integrating repetitive movements using our method, you will engage the small, intrinsic muscles used to promote lean and long physique. You are guaranteed an authentic, energizing and FUN class like no other! YOU must sign up for this one of a kind class!

*Sign-up is required for this class. CANCELLATION POLICY: DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND OF THIS CLASS AND LIMITED SPACES, CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 6 HOURS BEFORE THE CLASS STARTS WILL BE ASSESSED A CANCELLATION FEE EQUIVALENT TO THE CURRENT SALES PRICE OF A SINGLE DROP-IN SESSION UNLESS WE CAN FILL YOUR SPACE WITH SOMEONE FROM THE WAIT-LIST. IF YOUR SPACE CAN BE FILLED ON SUCH SHORT NOTICE, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED; HOWEVER, NO-SHOWS WILL BE ASSESSED THIS CANCELLATION CHARGE- NO EXCEPTIONS.

For students who are looking to improve their strength, flexibility, confidence or overall practice, private instruction may be the answer. Available for yoga or Pilates, private instruction allows you the flexibility to plan a program that is focused on your individual needs as a student.

Private instruction offers:

  • A great way for beginner students to develop a better knowledge of basic poses and class structure
  • Experience a deeper dive into your individual practice
  • An understanding of alignment and postures

Privates may be done alone, with another individual, or in a small group of 3 depending on your needs and budget.  Sessions can be purchase individually, or in a package for a discounted rate.
