Welcome to our community.

Enjoy your first month at Studio Vitality. You will feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe with all of our wonderful instructors and you'll quickly learn why so many students have choosen to practice here.  Come and see for yourself - you will feel amazing after practicing yoga regularly. There is no contract or commitment. Take as many classes and teachers as possible to find your favorites. Your first month will begin on the day you take your first class. Plus, enjoy 15% off retail.

We know that coming to your first yoga class can be a bit intimidating. We also know that once you try it, you’re going to love it. Our experienced and inspiring teachers will guide you through the basic poses and principles, explaining each pose with personalized adjustments for any level of fitness or age. Studio Vitality aims to create a friendly, judgment-free environment where it’s OK to ask questions or tell the teacher you have no clue what is going on. We’re here to help.

So go ahead and give yoga a try, before you know it you’ll be telling your friends to stop making excuses and go try yoga too! You have nothing to lose (except tension and stress) and everything to gain, like strength and flexibility you didn’t know were possible!

Yoga Etiquette


Information for new students on what to expect in a yoga or pilates class including when to arrive, what to bring and other class related information.

The practice of yoga is personal and individual. To create an environment that promotes sanctity for you and those practicing with you, please abide by the following rules of yoga etiquette.

  • Arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before class (20 minutes for new students)

  • Try to enter and leave the yoga room without disrupting the other students

  • Do not wear perfumes; colognes; scented body lotions, oils or deodorants

  • Leave your shoes outside the yoga room

  • Respect the silence of the yoga room before, during and after class

  • Turn off your cell phone when you arrive or leave it outside of the yoga room

  • Try to setup in a way that does not block the mirror for those already setup behind you

  • If you tend to sweat outside of your mat, bring a towel and wipe down your area when class is over

  • Follow the instructions of the teacher
