Yoga Run is designed to get you outside, off your mat and into nature. Then back to your mat to get you moving with breath work, strengthening and stretching geared towards activities such as running. It is meant for beginners to daily runners with a goal of 30-35 minutes of walk/jog/run effort with your yoga tribe. Increase your endurance, strength, flexibility and Vitality while enjoying the outdoors!

RUN “MEET UPS” AT KITTATINNY VALLEY STATE PARK: meet and begin with the goal distance of 3.1miles or aprox 30-35 mins before heading back to the *studio!
STUDIO YOGA CLASS: 9:00AM
There is a synergy when yoga is combined with walking/jogging/running. The stride becomes more stable and fluid, the breathing more natural for ease, the mind focused and still. Adapted for the runner (both serious and casual), this class is geared to enhance performance and endurance. With special attention to hips, hamstrings, calves, feet we will work to increase range of motion and flexibility. Also included are simple yogic mental practices and breath work to increase endurance and keep you feeling your best.
