PRENATAL YOGA CLASSES 

Join Us for Prenatal on Sundays at 10:30AM 

Prenatal Classes Led By: Christine Bollmann-Decker

This class is uniquely designed for pregnancy to support the journey of moms-to-be. Nurture your mind and body while connecting with your baby through movement and breath in a warm and peaceful environment. Moms-to-be will be guided through breathing techniques and healthy, safe ways of stretching their muscles and strengthening their bodies to ease the process of supporting a growing belly, as well as  preparation for the birthing process. We will also build relationships and connections with other expecting mothers in this supportive, open community that allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and common concerns that moms-to-be and baby are experiencing.

  • No yoga experience necessary
  • All mats and props used during class are provided 
  • Prenatal Class is 75minutes
  • Pre-registeration is appreciated, however not required 
  • Prenatal Drop-in $18.00

Private Instruction


For students who are looking to improve their strength, flexibility, confidence or overall practice, private instruction may be the answer. Available for yoga or Pilates, private instruction allows you the flexibility to plan a program that is focused on your individual needs as a student.

Private instruction offers:

  • A great way for beginner students to develop a better knowledge of basic poses and class structure
  • Experience a deeper dive into your individual practice
  • An understanding of alignment and postures

Privates may be done alone, with another individual, or in a small group of 3 depending on your needs and budget.  Sessions can be purchase individually, or in a package for a discounted rate.
